On the 25th August the two youngsters in Box 1 fledged, well after dark, after 8.30pm with just one of the adults remaining to roost that evening and itself leaving the next morning. All of our swifts have now departed, having raised four young from two pairs in Boxes 1 and 6. So sadly that's it for this year folks - thank you for your interest and hopefully we'll see our returning adults next May.
